Notice and request for shortened reception hours

In responce to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19,
Request have been made to refrain from going out in Kyoto.
In order to ensure health and safety of our guests and employees,we will change the  opening hours  of the front desk as follows.

In addition ,if the staffs are not at the front desk when you need help,please contact us with the phone number beside.

Reception opening hour

Morning ; 9am to 12pm

Evening; 3pm to 6pm
